The Outcomes ABA respects your privacy. This section outlines, in general terms, how enquiries and enrolment information you share with us are handled.

Information we collect

• Contact details submitted through our enquiry form (name, phone number, email address)
• Details you share with us over phone, email or WhatsApp regarding coursework enquiries

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and share coursework, batch and enrolment information
• To maintain records of participants enrolled in our coursework

Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared with QABA only where required as part of the credentialing process you choose to pursue.

Terms & Conditions

By enquiring about or enrolling in coursework with The Outcomes ABA, participants agree to the following general terms.

• Coursework consists of 40 hours of live, instructor-led training delivered classroom-based or online live.
• Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions and complete required learning activities and internal assessments.
• A Certificate of Coursework Completion is issued only to participants who meet the applicable completion and passing criteria.
• Coursework completion does not automatically grant the QABA ABAT credential. Candidates are responsible for meeting all applicable QABA eligibility, fieldwork, supervision, examination and credentialing requirements.
• QABA examination and other credentialing fees are separate from, and not included in, The Outcomes ABA's coursework fee.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review our refund and cancellation terms before making payment for any coursework batch.

• Requests for cancellation or refund should be made in writing to theoutcomesaba@gmail.com before the batch commencement date.
• Refund eligibility and any applicable processing charges depend on how far in advance a cancellation request is made relative to the batch start date.
• No refunds are ordinarily available once a batch has commenced or a significant portion of the coursework has been delivered.
• If a scheduled batch is cancelled or rescheduled by The Outcomes ABA, participants will be offered the choice of a transfer to another batch or a full refund.
